It is only appropriate that Nylon Magazine featured our Harrison Flare in Snowfall in their June/July 2012 Music Issue. This bell-bottom cut wasn’t named Harrison at random – the style was inspired by the one and only George Harrison. HABITUAL Design Director Jennifer Wojinski, the brain behind it all, grew up wearing bell bottoms in the 70’s, and explains, “My parents listened to George Harrison, The Eagles – you name it! There is a childhood love and fondness with this association. As the trend for pant rise continues to climb, we have released our super high-waisted Harrison Ultra Hi-Rise Flare, which hugs the hips almost up to the belly button. Here is a sneak peak of the Harrison Ultra Hi Rise Bell Bottom in Iris, a new style from the HABITUAL Spring 2012 line, which picks up on both the 70’s and high waisted trends. We’re excited because Spring 2012 marks the first full HABITUAL collection for our Design Director, Jennifer Wojinski. We’ve also selected the Harrison, and this particular shot, to serve as the opener for our Spring 2012 look book, which just went off to the printers.
