We took a trip to one of our favorite places in Los Angeles this past weekend, Exposition Park Rose Garden. Located in the middle of a bustling urban city, we love that we can find an oasis at The Rose Garden.

Many times, pedestrians don’t ever take notice of drain covers, but we love finding new drain cover patterns. Surprisingly, they are great inspiration pieces for denim hardware and patterns. This frog and tadpole patterned drain cover was found in Vancouver, BC. Thanks to Mary Quite Contrary for the find!

We went to a friend’s wedding in Santa Barbara this past weekend and really fell for the botanical arrangements. These are certainly not your typical wedding florals, but they were beautiful and interesting and dressed up the space without being too fussy.
