“Coffee inspires creativity.” Yes, the caffeine in coffee may help most of us be more creative and focused, but artist Ben Blake is literally inspired by coffee. Ben Blake sketches on coffee filters – most of his work can be found on his site Draw Coffee. His site not only shares his sketches, but he also shares anything and everything about coffee. Blake shared with Cool Hunting that he starting drawing when he was a kid and his love for coffee began in college (and it wasn’t just to keep him awake!). As he became more interested in coffee, he started making doodles on coffee filters. His work has been noticed by the coffee industry, as he has already collaborated with ZPM Espresso and Kuma Coffee. We especially love his sketch from his Portland Coffee Crawl (above), where he incorporated all of the coffee spots he visited and shares about it in his post. Coffee and art? Two things the Habitual team loves.
